CHANGI AIRPORT

26 February 2010 - A new programme to reward shoppers and diners at Singapore's Changi Airport has been launched. Changi Rewards members earn one point for every dollar spent on retail, food and beverage and selected services at Changi Airport. Points accumulated on the Changi Rewards card can then be exchanged for Changi Airport Dollar vouchers. Furthermore, for every 300 points accumulated, between 13 March 2010 and 31 December 2010, shoppers will be entitled to one chance to participate in the Grand Draw for a Volvo XC60. Shoppers will be able to accumulate points for purchases made at a wide array of shops located at both the transit and public areas.

The Changi Rewards programme kicks off on 13 March 2010 but early applications will be accepted at the NATAS Travel 2010, Singapore’s largest consumer travel fair, which will be held at the Singapore Expo from 26 to 28 February 2010. Visitors who sign up at the Changi Airport Group booth at the fair will receive a complimentary chance to participate in the Grand Draw for a Volvo XC60 and also a free gift. Applications can also be made online at ChangiRewards.com or at Changi Rewards kiosks located in the Departure Halls of all four Changi terminals from 13 March 2010.

The Changi Rewards programme is open to all adults residing in Singapore. A minimum of 300 points is required for the first-tier redemption of a $10 Changi Airport Dollar voucher, while 600 points can be exchanged for a $30 voucher. Voucher redemptions can be made at the Changi Rewards redemption booth located at Terminal 3 Departure Hall (near Check-in Row 11). Points earned in 2010 must be redeemed by 31 January 2011.
