February 2010 - Hilton Worldwide has announced the opening of the
Hilton New Delhi/Janakpuri. The 228-guestroom property marks the
arrival of the first and only internationally branded full service,
upscale property in West Delhi. The hotel is located approximately 30
minutes' drive from central Delhi, and is strategically close to the
international and domestic airports. At the hotel's doorstep is the
Janakpuri West Metro station, providing easy access to the central
business district including Connaught Place and Gurgaon. West Delhi is
home to an affluent residential part of the city, as well as a
significant small to medium enterprise business community. The
ten-storey Hilton New Delhi/Janakpuri’s facilities include an executive
floor lounge; a 900-square-metre grand ballroom; banquet facilities;
several F&B options, including signature restaurants; Hilton
Fitness by Precor fitness centre; a spa; and an outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel is currently offering a 50-percent discount on best available
rate for reservations made before March 31.

February 2010 - Carlson Hotels has announced the addition of the
Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, a 142-room hotel located in the heart
of downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei’s capital city to its portfolio
of managed hotels. The property, which will be converted to the
upscale, full-service Radisson brand on May 1, marks Carlson’s entry
into Brunei. The hotel will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment that
will encompass public areas and guest facilities including 130
elegantly designed standard rooms, 10 junior suites, an executive suite
and a presidential suite. The enhancements will include the development
of an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant. The
hotel’s meeting and banquet facilities feature a variety of venues
including two banquet rooms and two boardrooms with wireless high speed
Internet access available throughout the facilities. The Radisson
Hotel Brunei Darussalam is a 10-minute drive from Brunei International
Airport.
MANDARIN ORIENTAL, MACAU
The new, luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Macau is set to open on Macau’s waterfront in mid-2010. As part of the prestigious mixed-use complex, One Central, the 213-room property is located in the middle of Macau’s entertainment and high-end retail centre, and is just a few minutes walk from the historic heart of town. The hotel will feature a range of contemporary venues including a signature all-day dining restaurant, a concept bar, a lobby lounge and Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop. It will also be home to The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. Overall spa and health facilities will also encompass a state-of-the-art fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.As the only non-gaming, five-star hotel on the Macau Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Macau will provide a convenient and exclusive venue for meetings and conferences.  MERCURE HUE GERBERA, VIETNAM
Mercure Hue Gerbera is a 110-room contemporary, newly built hotel, located in the centre of the city on Le Loi Street, adjacent the Hue ferry terminal. Set by the river, the hotel provides panoramic views of the city, the Perfume River and Trang Tien Bridge from guest rooms. Each room is equipped with premium in-room amenities including satellite TV and Internet access. HARBOUR PLAZA HONG KONG
Luxury five-star hotel, Harbour Plaza Hong Kong, has been re-branded to Harbour Grand Kowloon. The re-branding follows the announcement of the opening of Harbour Grand Hong Kong earlier this year.
